Whether you ride competitively or casually, this class will focus on the muscle groups used during the repetitive motions of cycling, working to increase flexibility throughout as well as increase core and lower back strength. Class is accessible for all levels and no prior yoga experience is required.

JamieLee is a "lover of Yoga + Barre workout to help work your body as well as heal your mind. By day she teaches about essential oils and natural health, and can often be found in her kitchen, doing what she calls kitchen therapy. She has been practicing yoga for over 7 years and is certified through Yoga Fit. She believes deeply we could all benefit from slowing down, taking a few deep breaths and learning how to listen to our bodies."
